Update: I tried the Tracker Checker program that was posted by Stodan. It's a neat little program, but there's no way to update the tracker list it already has (At least not that I can find). There is mostly Porn torrent sites listed.
Not sure this will help you but what do i know i talk to myself.............http://www.torrent-finder.com/........not so much a tracker finder as a torrent finder.
