When you click on the paper clip, it should open a 2nd window for uploading the files. You can also click "Manage Attachments" at the post of your post. If you're doing that and browsing your files, find what you want and click upload - but it doesn't do it... check the file format only certain types of files can be uploaded. Make sure you're trying to upload the torrent and not the file. I hope this helps a little.
