its written in the disclaimer when they sighn up to read and abide by all the rules at useek..as far as the guides, thats common scence...they get stuck ,they ask, the mods,VIP's & members post the correct links for them to help, just like you have done with your signature.Thats a wondeful way to help "guide"..
