A peer is a person that is downloading the file, but doesn't have the complete file yet. So he's not yet a seed, and is called a Peer. A swam doesn't exist.. unless you are Dutch, then it is some kind of Tode-stool.. or, in slang, a person that talks total nonsense. which makes this a kinda cute misspelling...
I take it you mean a Swarm. A swarm is a collection of peers, or a collection of Seeds.. So if there are 34 peers downloading the same file, they are called a Swarm of peers.. so goes for all the seeds.. together they are called a Swarm of seeds..
