Does that mean that we can't upload/download anything here anymore ???

If yes, then what's going to happen with this forum. Is useekfile becoming an talk only forum ??? Or can we use this forum in the future, for what it's meant to be, sharing files ???

If i'm wrong and you can still upload/download stuff here, then can anybody please tell me where that section is exactly.
