been using this for ages but have noticed even though it only uses 2% cpu my browsing slows right down. idle cpu is 98%. there is no spyware,malware virus ot trojans on my pc. ran everything from safe mode.any ideas

most people that use u-torrent have taken the recent free upgrade it offered..bad move,,its no longer safe and viable to use as it contains trackers to your personell pc which is used by ""big brother""...to identify and report illegal downloads to your ISP..there are threads included in the site here that can explain further..thats the reason for your bog down..Personally i suggest switching to "Azureus...Vuze" though not perfect..its a tad safer...Also please consider installing peer Guardian as a safety factor to prevent unwanted people from viewing info on your Computer
