What do you think about this one!!!:

http://www.cdcovers.cc/search/all/

(Really everything I searched for was included! And you don't have to register!!!)

How to use:
-1-Type the name of the movie, series or whatever in the grey section
and push at the "GO-button".
-2-After some searching it comes up with some cover-names, then push at one (now there comes a blue frame around the title you choose).
-3-At "select part" you can choose the words "cd1" , front or inside.
-4-When you go over it with your cursor you can see a little preview image. If it is the right one you wanna have click "leftbutton of your mouse".
-5-After loading the image, you can see the image and then you can pushyour right button to "save as" or "copy" the picture!

Have fun!!!

this is probably the worst site for covers. Most of the covers on there are very low resolution and scanned poorly.
The best sites are
http://www.r1db.com/covers/index.php
http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/index.php?
and
http://www.dvdcoversfuzion.com/
