AVG Internet Security. I'm just guessing on this, but the person that voted that has no antivirus might be using Linux or something else

in the rare moments I enter my windows installation I rely on the Bitdefender power to save me from malicious software, but for now I prefer safely using Linux and not bothering with "bad" software.
Cheers

It's down to NOD32 and Kaspersky...
Which one is better? based on crackable with possible regular updates?

I've tried Kaspersky and its great. I never tried NOD32 but maybe download and install one antivirus at a time. I installed to antivirus programs and I had to format Windows.
When you install either one, download this 'fake' virus from http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm
its only to test your antivirus to see if it picks it up
If your on a tight budget go for AVG free, http://free.grisoft.com
The only difference with AVG free and AVG Internet security is that AVG internet security, has a firewall, antispam, antispyware/adware. If you want a free firewall tried COMODO firewall, great and free. For antispyware/adware, try Spybot Search & Destroy. I'm not too sure about antispam, i've used Qurb a while back and it seems fine, but i'm sure there is better out there

Right now I got selected to Beta test OneCare 2.0. So far it's pretty good but the firewall is a bit weak.
