I'd go with spybot sd, ad-aware, and nod32 as well. Of course, nothing is better than starting fresh (which I might soon), grab a second hard drive, back up your stuff, and format your primary hard drive. It takes a little bit of work, but has anyone else noticed that super responsive feeling you get with a fresh os?
