i have picked 2 of your ups at random..at present..it shows your not doing a initial seeding yet

Ah ive searched it manually and I believe ive read it b4 (im not sure tho

it seems to be uploading, but why so slow. Ive got everything setup as 0 (unlimited) and ive got upload has highest priority, is this because of hops?
