How to search for torrents on google.
How to search for torrents on google, and other torrent search engines
First, go to Google Then type in the name of what you are looking for, Ex. powervdvd Make one space and then type this without the quotes, "filetype:torrent" Click enter or search and there you go. Google is now a torrent search engine. Some listing may have scrambled characters ignore those click on the ones that you can read.

would this capture the torrent if it were named 'callofduty.torrent'?
is google smart enough to ignore the spaces? i was thinking "call of duty" ".torrent" might capture more results cos if 'call of duty' appeared in the title or description, it'd be scooped up? tks for the lead. Quote:

search engines take some time to index pages though. and the seeders might be gone by then.
a torrent search engine is more reliable.
