When I was dead. Don't know if it was chemical reactions in the brain or what...... I can only say what happened. Every thing was black as if you where blind. I could not feel my body. It was as if I was just thought if you get what I mean. Then yes I know it's what they say but it's what I saw.... A pin prick of light like a small star in the sky. It seemed to get brighter as if I was getting closer to it or it was getting closer to me. Then It was as if I hit a brick wall and I heard a voice like a whisper of thunder/rumbling but gentle( the only way I can explain it ) "NOT YET". I came round.... my heart and breathing restarted... so you can read into it what you like, but that's what happened.

My mother told me i was almost dead before i was 6 months.. was in a hospital, and i was so serious, that she herself couldn't even visit me.. but i know nothing of that.. i don't recall anything of that happening.. also when i was in sort of a coma for 3 days after a multiple suicide attempt, i can recall nothing but blackness, stone cold out.. all i know is that i woke up a different person.. no idea what caused that..


By all means Stolen.. i like to hear what your experience was.. being dead for 3 minutes...

i have heard examples of this in the past..all explanations point to.."devine intervention"...not sure i buy into that one..though i imagine you acually have to go through it to understand it..

Wow.. i sure hope i get that when i die... sounds good.. peaceful.. finely getting rid of all earthly boundary's...

Its what i was told Stolen.. its a chemical in the brain that is released when death is near.. they actually recreated it in a controlled environment.. and duplicated that experience with chemicals other then LSD..

That fact doesn't however make it less comforting to know.. or to experience.. and for the record.. i for one am glad it wasn't your time. I enjoy knowing you, and i wouldn't have had the pleasure of knowing you if you had died...

Thanks RelicDude quite glad myself.... lol.. As I've told you before I've done far to much LSD. It didn't seem to much like a trip to me.... but that's the thing to find out means dying. So I think I'll wait to find out for sure.

I never did it again after the three times in 1973-1974... And i didn't see what you saw in your near death experience.. all i wanted to state, is that is isn't the LSD that you trip on.. the chemical LSD triggers the chemical in the brain that's also responsible for your "vision".. during your near death experience...

However.. i am not stating it as a proof that what i found is the absolute truth.. there are still few options open...
