There are many programs out there to do this. It all depends on what format you want your final product to be in. I recommend you visit www.download.com and search for one that suites your needs

Atleast some one could teach him what he wants to know. Basically say what you want to do. Rip full, Make a dvd rip etc. Be more specific, Then you will be guided to the right program.
