I'm currently into playing wolfenstein:et but my laptop isn't the quickest, so i'm always looking for ways to free up some ram. I use task manager to end all the programs i can, but i still end up using 300mb of ram with nothing running apart from norton AV (i even close explorer.exe). What other ways could i free up some more ram?

To start with laptop's aint really designed for gaming more of a business tool. There are a few programs out there that will help tho!! Search keyword Ram on www.download.com. I must say NAV is a ram intense program like most Norton products i recommend you use a smaller AntiVirus like NOD32
