Possible Bug???

I was just curious if this happened to anyone else.....

Sometimes, I'll be logged in and checking posts. I'll go through the whole process of replying and when I click the submit button - I am suddenly logged out. I log back in, and if I try to go to a forum or the private message screen it logs me out again! I have to login over 10 times and it still logs me out every time. I close IE and reopen it to try.... and still the same thing.

I can't find anything to link the times that it happens together. It's not because I'm inactive for too long, I can just have posted 5 replies and it will do it, or I can be replying to a pm and it will do it.

Does this happen to anyone else? Or am I just a phreak of nature?

I had that problem with IE7 but since I switched to Mozilla Firefox it's all been fine. Iwould say the problem is your end not the sit

I do use IE... I'm kinda scared to try anything else. :lol: I used netscape b4 and it didn't really suit me. Any suggestions on any other browsers? I guess I'll try something new, because that login thing drives me nuts! I hate losing my posts because of that. It's frustrating... Thanks for the quick reply! I wanted to get some feedback before I brought it to Stodan.

I have not encountered this either, I have also used IE6 & IE7 and both seem to be fine.

You may encounter log outs if you spend time on Useek whist you are logged in through say your works network, as a lot of work networks/firewalls are set up to disconnect web-site which are inactive (reading posts) for a certain amount of time, this is to prevent empolyees streaming/ watching movies and other media via the web, when they should be working!!! Hehe...

Hmm not sure why this is happening to you Angi. Perhaps "log out". Close then open browser. Then login again but do not forget to have the "Remember Me" checked when you input your password and username.
